We use metal sleeved insulated building panels to create thermically comfortable buildings which are strong, sound proof, rust and mould resistant, yet light in weight.  Very quick to erect.  (Similar advantages to that of a cold storage room).

Our MSIP (metal sleeved insulated panels) are truly versatile, and can be used for building dog kennels, tree houses, life-size doll houses, garden sheds, etc.

THE NAME:  Cliff and Dale is based on the fact that our construction is suitable to both cliffs and dales.
                    Our building material is light enough to be airlifted and also to be built on stilts in water.
CAD          :  Abbreviation of Cliff and Dale, also means computer aided design, which applies to our building plans.
